Holy Crap I'm in. I'd give my left nut for a lower seating position. My back and neck are a mess from commuting in this car. I'm 6'2" and all legs. I can't reach the steering wheel if I want leg room, and to reach the wheel I'm stuck with my knees in the dash.

Interested yes, but way less than $100.00. I'm a poor boy but I'm interested.

Count me in as well. Got in my car with my helmet on before heading out to auto-x and realized there was no way in hell I would fit. This is after removing the headliner as well so until I can get my damn seat fixed my auto-x future is ruined. I practically cried in my driveway that day.....

What say you?
Any luck with this? Some of us are pretty desperate.

I'm only 5'7", and I still want to sit lower... I'd be in for a group buy -- as long as we're talking about taking at least like 4 inches out.

I'd definitely buy that bracket so long as all of the Airbag crap is retained. I don't want to disable/trick any of the airbag system.

I'd be into this mod as well, however I wish the wheel tilted slightly lower as it is. I imagine this would be an issue once the seat got lowered. I wonder how the folks with aftermarket seats feel about this or have dealt with it. Maybe there's a way to modify the wheel-tilting mechanism as well.

I know that a tilt/telescopic wheel is offered in some markets. I tried to source the parts with no luck. As far as lowering the seat goes you might have to mod the floor to gain any noticeable drop. I'd like to be a tad lower myself. I reduced the footrest pounded the floor around the lower wheel well an inch or more plus shortened the gas pedal a couple of inches and it's pretty comfy now. Did a tidy job of it so it looks like it came that way. Did the same on my Echo before.

For $100 per seat, I would need to see some before and after pics showing just how much the seat would really drop.
