I cut off a seat harness connector from a scrap Yaris at the junkyard and wired the seat position sensor to it, then used a 400 ohm resistor for the seat belt buckle wires. Plug the newly hacked seat harness into the car harness and done. Car will think your seatbelt is always fasten and that your seat is at the most forward position. My stock belt male buckle was fitting perfectly into the VW seat female buckle.

You could also get a spare male buckle and leave it into the female buckle of the Yaris stock harness, plug it to to car harness and leave it under the seat along with the position sensor.

CTScott made a bypass module to plug in the passenger side car harness that emulates the weight sensor to trick the car into either ON or OFF for the passenger. I've PM'd him about it when I did the swap in my car, but he hasn't gotten back to me to this day. He made a bunch of them and sold them trough private parties and micro image back then, but I couldn't find one for sale anymore. There was one for sale in the forum classified, but that's long gone.

Try to ask CTScott directly to see if he could make you one or if he still have one on hand. I'd be interested into getting one too.

Look around on the forum, someone already took it apart and the end result was that unless you could mount them back on the new seat (requires upholstery and metal fab), you can't bypass them since it's a canbus signal.

I sent him another pm yesterday and still no answer.
