Need help identifying part.

Hello!
I was in an accident recently (fault was thankfully not mine), have purchased all parts that insurance adjuster has listed on form except this one part that I do not see anywhere the name of that he told me that needs to be replaced. It seems like this should be easy to do, but alas I've had no luck with a quick search so I figured I'd come here. It's the white, bracket looking part that's broken, that seemed to be attached to the bumper.
