Turn it off yourself.

step 1: put your trip odometer to trip A
Step 2: turn the car off.
Step 3: using your left hand on the key and your right hand holding down the button to reset the odometer in, turn the key to the on position and keeping holding down the button. It will do a few cirlces and show 2-4 flat lines then your mileage will come back and viola the maint req light is gone. Reset the trip odometer to normal, trip a, trip b w/e you use. Now your done, have a cookie!
lol, not sure that's much of a secret!

Just noticed this 10/7/14.....The 'bin/holder/whatever you want to call it' at the very back of the center floor console cradles a 2 liter bottle of Kroger Diet Citrus Drop...quite snugly (wouldn't worry that it would fall out).

Make radiator fan run while the car is off

To do this, turn the A/C on just like you're using it when driving.
(Blower fan on. Temperature knob in the blue zone)
And then, turn the key half-way between ACC and ON position.
(Just so that the instrument cluster doesn't power up)

Separate EQ settings for CD and radio

I came across this one by accident. Since I had my battery disconnected, the settings on my stock stereo reset back to default values.

So, while I was adjusting the bass and treble again, I found out that they allow separate settings for CD and radio mode! Pretty clever eh.

Even after you switch off the car completely The power windows still work for a good minute, if you open any door however, it stops working.

My kid buried pennies, peanuts and rocks under the bench seat, probably through the tiny opening for the seat belt buckles. For a year, I couldn't figure out the rolly jingly noises in the back when I took a turn. He kept that a secret until I lifted the bench cushion for a track day.

I yanked my rear seat right away, and eventually bought a underneath brace. So, did you put your seat back in? I use all that space too often, plus I save a few pounds, even though it's also a little noisier I guess.
