'11 wheels/tires on '12 -- any issues? (TPMS and etc)

We have two Yarises ('11 and '12 3-door hatches). The '11 is getting sold in the next week or two but it has almost-new Michelins on it so I would like to swap the wheels and tires from it to the '12 before we sell it/trade it in (putting the underwhelming Goodyear FuelMax tires on the '11).

Will there be any issues with TPMS sensors or will the car just accept the wheels and tires from the other car?
