N/A stage 1 upgrade?

I've found this site where they sell stage 1 N/A and Turbo
kits... http://www.importperformanceparts.ne...ek-toyota.html
theres one there for an Echo 1NZ so I'm thinking "how much gains can we get with $900?" so I decided to post it here...

This kits should make a base Celica GT get 160+hp with this alone
"or so some say"... could we make 120+HP "or 130+ with a CAI, A-Back,ECU-Tuner,groundwires,and race plugs" with this kit?

if this thing is really that good we should all send an email for a group buy....

I have been told there is a piggyback that will work with this car.

Also, that kit is NOT for N/A applications. Those are low compression pistons built for turbo/supercharged applications. An all-motor car will have high compression pistons.

Having said that, you're probably better off going FI anyway.

If anyone does make them, they're going to be a fortune. Expect to pay as much for that stage 1 upgrade for just pistons and cams, if not a few hundred more.

Hey, if you find them let me know buddy.

Its just like the one from all newer Audis'
But I think its just worth it, if you have some extra bucks... and it should be good with high revving engines!

Well yeah, but this machined filter looks to be a pretty decent size. Look at the O-Ring in comparison to the rest of the filter:

That "race" filter is a standard sized filter for a small block Ford. It is just a high performance filter. You "regular" filter looks like a Yaris filter. They are not comparable.

I usually get Purolater Pure One filters.

I get the longer version of the Yaris filter. It is right next to the standard sized one. It's about an inch taller. A bit more capacity can't hurt.
