tips on removing door panel?

I've been searching but can't find a thread on how to remove the door panels of an '08 hb. Anyone know. I don't want to start pulling when I should be pushing up. My polk components should be in Friday and I haven't made my spacer plates yet either. I'll have to deaden the doors later in the summer when I can afford another 100 sq ft of fatmat.

For those with manual windows, below are a couple of pics which show the rag method of removing the window crank retaining clip.

Thanks all for the info. It's going pretty smooth right now. I mounted my crossovers behind the lower glovebox, passenger side. Tweeters sound good on door panel facing up. So, that's where they'll probabaly go. Have to see how they sound after I get the mids in the door. Not enough time to work on it.

After locking myself in the garage and stuffing my phone in a drawer, I did manage to get one side done. With components in the back and front, it does sound pretty good. I still have to install the ones in the drivers door, but so far so good. I did have to cut into the plastic to fit the tweeter into the top of the door panel, but all is good so far. Just wish I had some mat to deaden the doors while I did the speakers.
