2015 Yaris LE. How to improve mpg

My older one with same powertrain 1nzfe and 4 speed auto would get around 500-600km on a full tank. This only gets around 400 or high 300

Had this thing 5 years and it has 147000km but I have used seafoam, marvel mystery oil, changed airfilters, just cleaned the throttle body. Was getting 8.3l per 100km. Usually it's around 7.9-8.2 and the best I've seen stored was 7.5l per 100km

Stop using gimmicks to try to gain better MPG. Seafoam and MMO are an utter waste of money if you change the oil at the required intervals. They are not required on modern engines. If MPG is your #1 concern above all buy a hybrid Corolla or Prius. If you want to get better MPG in your existing car, slow down, make sure tires are inflated correctly, maybe it needs an alignment?? Etc.

I get about 6.5-7.0L/100km in the summer with my 2014 5 speed on 300TW summer 205mm tires. No funny gimmicks, just frequent oil changes and regular maintenance. In the winter I get around 7-7.5 due to longer idling times, etc.
