How 'bout that rear disc? Is that off the RS Spec Yaris, or made by the aftermarket?

OK, we'll be finding out more information today, pipe diameter and so on, pictures and video if possible. We'll also find out if it's possible to get just the midpipe on its own.

As for the catalyzer, I'm quite sure it will be functional, but honestly, no idea if it will pass CA emissions, but I would imagine no.

cleong, the rear discs are aftermarket, from what I understand, swapping for the OEM S/RS discs is a big undertaking that basically requires changing the complete torsion bar too.

pp.sweet, yes, all those things, and a few others, will be on the menu

All right boys and girls, a bit more information...

The Exhaust:

The design is the same as the HKS one as I am using. The manufacturer says it is quite loud, but not as loud as the actual HKS one.

The Midpipe:
The OEM midpipe is one long piece but these guys split it into two sections, which is far more manageable...

Specifications are 1.6" stainless steel tubing, i.e. slightly bigger than stock, so you won't lose much low end torque. The catalysers are rated for a higher flow, but they cannot confirm they will be CARB legal, there's just, well, no such thing here... I'm not 100% sure if they are mandrel bent, can anyone tell from the picture? The bends do look smooth and even, with no crumpling.

The Header:
They also have a 4-1 header, no pictures of it, but it'll look just like any other 4-1 header for these cars They quoted a really good price, but I'm not sure it it includes a new gasket, mounting bolts, etc, still, I should be able to sell it not more than $150.

Other Stuff
Depending on the outcome of this group buy, we may very well end up official US distributors of Nitto products... They have a few more interesting items:

The front and rear strut bars should be less than $100 each, and the bottom one about $150. I'm not sure, though, if the bottom bar can be used in conjunction with any rear sway bar.

If you look in the engine bay pic, there is also a torque damper in there:
, which will go for roughly $150

Remember, the prices I put above and in the first post do not include shipping costs, due to the size of the items it probably won't be so cheap, but group shipping will help a lot!

I will probably get their midpipe myself soon, since I still didn't get my mangled one fixed

I'll have more information on the disc conversion next week, trying to get a peek at the instructions to see what level of skill is required, and most importantly to make sure it works on USDM cars!!! But AFAIK there is no difference in the suspension/brake setup back there, so we should be good to go

I like what I see with that midpipe, There shouldnt be any difference with exhaust components compared to usdm models right? Does anyone know,

And The midpipe should work or "connect" to other axle back exhausts in the same location right - you dont HAVE to have their rear section, cause I'd like to keep my greddy.

Also like to see some shipping quotes!
