Rumbling sound in second gear.

Sounds like a WRX a droning rumbling sound noticeable on hills when shifting from first to second gear. Doesn't do it all the time. Feels like it hesitates and lagging a bit.

I also hear this clicking noise from the rear of the car. I can hear this when I go through a bridge with walls on both side, and the sound is noticeable a click, click, click in rapid beat.

I know it's weird and hard to diagnose but any ideas?

I have the 07 Yaris it's done 108 567 KM's it's been reliable until these sounds LOL.And loss of performance the car lost a bit of that zippy ride and feels a bit sluggish.

Thanks..

Nothing you mention sounds serious to me.

I think your car is fine. Just drive it!

NOTE!!!! IT WILL BE A SMOKE SHOW!!

This how i did the smoke show. I put an extension on the hose this will stop the engine from dying on you then you put the tube in the bottle and it sucks that baby like a champ.

Seems to be alright now.

After I did an oil change, new spark plugs, cleaned PCV valve and cleaned the MAF sensor..

Review time:

Sea foam is great but if you're planning to do it. Make sure you follow the instructions to a dot. I might of put too much of this stuff in LOL. Anyway do an oil change after and if you get a funky idle. Change the spark plugs.

How does it go?

It's great. It smooths the throttle, increases throttle response slightly,MPG is going to get bumped up. The other thing i noticed is it quietens the engine somewhat. But mostly the smoothness of the ride is noticeable kinda peppy but apart from that I don't feel any thing else changed.

TRD SWAY BAR DEPLOYED.

Review time : Very stable in the bend and you can make a precise turn in and better exit speed.

Up next Tokico blues shock and strut maybe eichbach pro kit or tein lowering springs.
