Help: Troubleshoot Windshield Wiper Motor

Hi -

YR: 2007
Model: HB

Ive checked and replaced the fuses for the front windshield wiper but it's still not working. I can spray water through the hood jets but thats about it.

Could it be the relay or motor?

What are the chances of being the motor?

I am guessing spending $12 would be cheaper than 112 for the motor.

Any ideas?

The 25 A WIP fuse feeds the wiper stalk, which has the relay contained within it.

Did you perchance have the wiper cowl off recently, where you might have forgotten to plug the wiper motor connector back in?

If not, try jumping the black wire on the wiper stalk connector to the light blue wire next to it and the wiper should run while those two wires are jumped.

If you end up needing parts, I have both a wiper stalk and a wiper motor on hand.

awesome. Ill check. I only checked the fuses and made sure it was blown. To get to the motor just remove the blade arms and panel?
