2000 Fun Cargo (Yaris Verso)

Can someone please tell me the TOOLS I need to disconnect the two fuel lines at the left side under the fuel tank? NOT the filler tube or overflow tube or anything ABOVE the fuel tank. If you need a pic, let me know and I will provide. Thanks. (One connector is black with pinchable little ears on it, the other has a little oragne piece of a 'ring' around it.)

No tools are required, if it is the same as the 2nd gen. Take a look at my DIY for the 2nd gen to see if the connectors are the same.

Pic attached...

Ah - it's you! I watched your video from under my car last weekend. Mine looks a bit different - pic attached of the two lines. Tried pinching the black one's 'ears' and pulling - nada. Didn't want to bust the other one's red clip til I was sure I know what I was doing... Thoughts? (I brought this car in from Japan...)

Unfortunately what I have of documentation for 1st gen doesn't show any detail on how to remove that line.

Well, the all-black connection is a DORMAN connection - reportedly squeeze the ears and pull ears and black line 'out' to the right. The red clip i gather i wrestle off and then stick that blue tool (as per above) around the line and push it in to facilitate decoupling. Will try next weekend...
