Arm rest option - OEM?

Hello, Toyota brochure lists armrest for 2012 driver as an option. Yet, website DOES NOT list it as option. Anyone order and successfully install this option, really would prefer this to be available and match perfectly. Thanks.

I found it on Ebay and says it is the same for the 2007 as it is for the 2012. The photo looks exactly like my OEM one.

Is this an armrest connected to the side of the driver seat or to the center console?

Same with me. I got mine on ebay and while it wasn't a perfect match, it was close enough and easy to install.

See this link for the installation instructions

Yaris Console Box - Part #08471 - 52830

Looks like a neat addition to the interior.

I have the OEM one on my Yaris and it's perfect. Just rest my elbow on it and grab the wheel. What more could you wish for.

stay clear of the oem armrest. It is crap. Mine looked about 15 years old and yellowed after about a year.

MI sells a good center armrest thingy, but don't know if it fits the 12.

I beleive this is classified as a storage compartment(e-bay/hokori motors)
it dosent look to me that I could rest my arm on it without discomfort.
