Manuals and warning Lights

I have just purchased a 2002 Yaris. Very nice. but I haven't been given a owners manual. How can I get one??

Also the orange engine sign is on but because I havent got a manual I don't know what it means... the car was serviced by a toyota garage in June ....

thanks in anticipation

Here is a link to the 2004 Yaris owners manual, which is basically the same as your 2002.

As far as the check engine light goes, you do want to have someone with a "code reader" read the stored trouble code very soon, as you want to know if it is something minor or something that can cause catastrophic failure if you keep driving.
