How many bottles of engine oil do you add?

I just got 4 bottles of Mobil 1 engine oill. I am just wondering if the 4 are enough for Yaris? Thanks!

How big are the bottles?? Quarts, pints, or gallons. You will need 4 quarts of oil, which is one gallon.

3.9 Qt's with filter. Which normally works out too 2.5 bottles of Red Stripe for the grease monkey/me turning the wrench.

Your English is fine, it's your mind-boggling use of milliliters that clued us in.

haha, anyway, are 4 Liters oil enough for Yaris? The oil bar is not always clear.

Mobil1 is very popular. I use Amsoil myself which is a premium synthetic lubricant in both the engine and transmission.

blacksan, Thanks! I changed the engine oil myself today and I guess I probably overfilled the oil. Not so sure because the oil bar is not as clear as my Jetta. I do follow the instructions: running the engine for 2 minutes and then turn it off. 2 minutes later, pull out the bar to clean it and pull it back. Then get the bar out again and check the bar.

There is oil everywhere on the bar... just filled nearly 4000 ml oil. It that too much?

I am actually helping two Chinese friends build schools for homeless children throughout the US. They are really nice guys. We are negotiating with Utah State Uni for the places and the resources. Three of us got three Yaris! Haha.

That is fantastic! If you ever make it to the East Coast and more specifically Virginia it would be my pleasure to have you visit. My home could be your Gästezimmer for a few days.
