I don't think it will. The other one mounts to the tow hooks and specifically says that it is compatible with the 3rd generation (2012+) Yaris. This one mounts to the bumper support bracket mounts and only says that it is compatible with the 2nd gen liftbacks. If you select 2012 or newer liftback it points you to the other one.
