I fear the day you have to deal with static electricity. Still, definitely original. Go for it. :)

Last time I saw that much fur, Ron Jeremy had his face in it.

Seriously, with all the effort, I really do hope you are pleased with the end result.

ok so finished the one trim part for the doors

wooh, took a little over and hour to finish the main door strip.

I sanded down the little lip, so the door panel trims are now totally flat and there is no raised lip around the grab handle

hes a pic comparing the two:

you can see the lip part sanded down totally flat. (yay no more bumps!)

ohh man, now the other side and the back

Be careful not to brush your laptop against it you'll wipe the hard drive and could fry the circuitry..

To get the headliner out you will need to take out the B-pillars and C-pillars they have the same clips all the plastic parts have but to take out the C-pillare you will have to take it apart from the rest of the hatch pieces. Then there is a little piece the runs along your rear window that poops off too. Now for the visors and the oh-shit handles you will need to remove the little plastic covers over their clips. Once the covers are off gentally pull and the clips will just slide through and stay on the car. once you at that point there is a round push clip in the rear that will need to be removed along with the 3rd seat belt mount on the roof. Now that you have those off the headliner has loops on the top taht catch on the car you will have to kind of put a slight bow in the headliner easier to one side at a time( Don't forget to unhook your lights!) and pull the headliner out the back. thats it

started with 80 grit to knock down the bumps, then moved on to some 250 then 1000

Then used filler primer to fill in any scratches left.

Then hit the filler primer lightly with 250 then 1000

Then painted about 1 full can for each side trim

Now that they have dried over night, im going to wet sand them with 1000 and then clear them later today.

i'll post some pics up later of the painted parts before i clear them
