09 Yaris DVD Navigation Head Unit

Hi Guys,

Have a look at my new head unit.

Features include:
- 7” TFT Touch Screen Monitor
- High Resolution "SHARP" screen 800x480 digital screen image
- DVD (DVD-R/DVD-V) / CD (CD-R) / VCD / MP3 Disc formats all supported
- High Power Audio Amplifier built-in 4x45Watts
- Full Normal Radio Functions
- Australian mapping supplied (Navteq Q3/2008)
- Bluetooth
- iPod / mini-USB / AUX-in Connections
- Surround Sound Options available (Stadium, Cinema, Studio, Disco)
- Steering Wheel Control (where applicable)
- Radio: 6AM / 12 FM Presets
- USB Flash Card Supports: AVI / MPG / MP3 formats

This is very nice. In my girlfriend's Vitz she has a DVD/Cd/Tuner and GPS with a TILT TFT screen, but my problem is that I hardly can use it cause since our Vitz is imported from Japan, we have all it's language in japanese. By any chance, do someone know if there is something I can do to it to change it in English, please?

You should pull it out and check who the manufacturer is. Then, you can contact them to find out if the language and maps can be changed. It only takes a couple of minutes and a phillips head screwdriver to pull it out. You shouldn't even need to unplug the connectors to read the tag on it.
