10000 km servicing

jus went to the 10000km servicing and paid my first 169 bucks to f-ing toyota.

i dont know why but it seems that the engine is smoother and less noisy producing. and jus have a feeling dat it is running at lower RPM.

anyone had their 10000km done ?

im complaining about the 169 cos it seems they did nothing about the car and yet im getting charged so much. freaking 80+ for labour.gosh.

Budget closer to $500.
Servicing (and insurance) costs were one of the first things I ran through with my deaer prior to ordering.

This is on par with the Colt and Jazz figures I was quoted.
AND... be greateful you don't own a Swift. Thats in the $600 + bracket.

EDIT: $80 labour charge isn't unreasonable either.
EDIT EDIT... Well, maybe 'unreasonable' isn't exactly the right word to use... but you know what I mean.

$169 doesn't sound like much really...after my yaris had its first free 1000km service, I asked how much the next service will cost, and was told about $220 at Toyota. It doesn't need this service for another few months though, so I can't confirm it will cost that amount just yet.

Meh... i had $169 for my 10k 20k 30k and going to be one big hit for my 40k service...

But then I would really recommend owners to service their car at a good Toyota dealer... really can tell the difference between Ultratune & Toyota services...

Cheers

Should last longer and actually more quieter than the Dunlops... :P

how much you pay per corner and whats the tyre sizing?

im going to get 205/55R15 when mine needs replacing...BUT some ppl say 205 on a 5.5" rim is asking for trouble but on YW they say its fine...dunno who to trust.
