Should I change my brake fluid?

Hi all, I am thinking of changing my Yaris brake fluid. The last time it has been change is 3 years ago by the local mechanic. It has already done 70k since. I am a very conservative driver and hardly use the brake since most of my journey is on the highway. The fluid in the reservoir is still at the maximum level and the color look really clean. Do you still think that I should change the fluid?
