Passenger headlight and turn signal not working

The car is 2012 Yaris Sedan.

As stated in the title, the passenger side headlight and turn signal are not working.
If I turn on the high beams all the lights work fine so I know the headlight bulb itself is not dead. Also, when the headlights are switched on all the parking lights work, which are the same bulbs as the turn indicators so again, the bulbs are not the issue. I checked all the fuses and nothing seemed to be blown. All hazard lights, except for front passenger side work. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Well I suppose your Yaris uses H4 bulb which contains "two bulbs in one" so one of them is toasted. Broke thread should be clearly visible in the bulb. If not sure, try to swap left and right bulbs to see what happens.

There is a separate bulb for both the headlight and turn signal. Neither one is burnt out. I can drive around with my high beams on and both headlights are active. The bulb for the turn signal illuminates when I turn on the headlights but it does not flash when I indicate a right hand turn

What komichal is saying about the H4 bulb. It is a single dual filament bulb which performs both low and high beams. The low beam filament is blown.

Replace both sides now. The driver's side will blow soon.

"The bulb for the turn signal illuminates when I turn on the headlights"
If this really happens than you have some serious electricity problem, but I somehow doubt that it is the case... does it really happen? Sorry but this combo is quite improbable.
