I'm not very automobile savvy but im wanting to learn and i ahve a couple of problems with my car if any ones willing to help let me know thanks abunch.

problems, the wheelwell scrapes my front wheel and the plastic gaurd under the car is loose and a peice is scrapping the ground, the holes where you secure it to the bumper are almost all ripped...any suggestions?

re drill holes and attach with some fender washers and small bolts.

is the car lowered? or did snow do this damage?
