Lug nut size and maker

For those of you who have set up you steelies with trim rings, center caps, and chrome lugs, what size and brand of lugs did you go with?

I know the size is M12x1.50 thread, but are they cone type and what length would be appropriate? I'm getting a lot mixed signals with Amazon's "will this fit your vehicle" filter.

I ended up emailing dp-accessories and they gave me a recommendation for these:

I see no difference between these and other sets that Amazon or ebay says won't fit my wheels. Same seat, thread pitch, etc. Oh well, on order.

These chrome ones will work and look good with your plan:

I going to try black lugs with black center caps. I just had new tires installed and rubbed my hand across the painted rims that were hidden by covers. I was surprised how nice the paint is under the brake dust. Will know more after tonight when I give them a good scrub.
I'm not a real fan of chrome. Too blingy for me. If I do get some alloy rims this winter they are sure to be black or at least very subdued and conservative.

Okay. Your original post indicated chrome lugs, so I thought that was the look you were after.

OK, anyone have any idea where did those center caps and trim rings come from?

OK.....

For trim rings get the ABS chrome plated plastic rings that have a 1 3/4" depth.
ABS will not rust and will not bend / dent like metal rings would.
They are available on e-Bay etc .
Here is just one listing.....
https://www.ebay.com/itm/15-Chrome-A...21&hash=item1e

The center caps in question (which "Kamona" and I have) are from an old Toyota "Tercel".
I was lucky to get mine (new) abut 9 years ago on e-Bay for a a really great price.
You can sill find them on E-bay but, they are now going for about $50 for four,
Here is just one listing....

I take the center caps off for the winter.

BTW, about every other year I give the steelies a fresh coat of Rustoleum semi gloss black spray paint.....after masking off the lug nuts.

BTW these are the lug nuts that I currently have and they are for a great price.

No matter want kind you get, even the OEM, they start to rust after a while and need to be replaced.
