I made the announcement and got an agreement from the wife....... if the weather gets bad ........ we will not be leaving to visit the in-laws.

Merry Christmas.
Happy Hanukkah.

Nope, not ready. I need one more gift for Julie and one for my older daughter...didn't bother with cards this year...

and the girls are gone so I don't even have to get dressed on Christmas if I don't want. I might go see a movie, though.

Well I cheated...... best friend owns a jewelry store and the wife had been looking at a Chamilia bracelet and picked that out a few weeks ago....... and books among other things. I enjoy giving gifts that will last and get passed onto the grandchildren further down the road.

You forgot the Winter Solstice. I'm sure that there is one Wiccan or Druid in the crowd somewhere out there.

I'm done with gifts, I just need to send some money to my brother, cards are done too, although I need to send a bunch of e-cards to my friends back home. I also need to go to the store tonight to get whatever I'm missing to make dinner tomorrow.
