Yes, I'll make a fresh gasket tomorrow.

Something I noticed is that my rev limit increased. It's topping out at 6700 rpm now, Not sure how that happened.

Regarding the cable being too short, I think this will have to be my solution;

Yes I did, when I took it for a spin the engine felt more responsive. The hesitation I had with the smaller TB was no longer there.

I made a new gasket and it still wouldn't idle below 1500 rpm, I grew frustrated and put back on the stock TB.

I'm going to leave it to continue my turbo build.

I'll revisit this swap when I figure out where the leak is coming from.

It could be the idle air speed controller.

I know the bypass port look very different between the two throttle bodies.

If they can be swapped between the two, maybe that's the problem.

Is that the sensor which is on the side with the coolant lines?
