'08 Yaris hatch Flywheel/Clutch recommendation
Hi,
So my throw-out bearing is making noises again. First was under warranty at 25k miles and then now at 60k. I also don't really like the clutch on this car. It's like an ON/OFF switch. It's not smooth at all and I've only had manual cars since 1992 and this is the only car that does that. Now that I'm going to replace the throw-out bearing, I might as well change the clutch kit but since I'm already down there, might as well replace the flywheel. You know how it goes... So, I'm looking for: Lightweight flywheel in steel or aluminum, 8-9 lbs. Performance clutch kit that is good for daily driving in the city. Which flywheel and clutch kit you guys would recommend? Currently the car is stock 1NZ-FE but I do plan on adding 20whp by end of the year. I just don't know the route I'm going at this time (s/c or n/a). Thank you! |
