Whats the advantages and disadvantages of having a in cabin SSK over a in engine bay SSK

NST Engine Bay: easier installation and removal, most popular, looks great.

NST In Cabin: more stealth, works just as well, cheaper.

Is like one shorter throw than the other? or more solid feel?

Another difference is the in-cab is shorter in height and shorter in throw. the engine-bay is just shorter in throw. but you can always do both.
