I have a lot more than just an intake....

It was no gain and you risk hurting your engine. Given you have a SAFC to adjust, I would make sure theres a wideband in the car to reset the ecu after it relearns around the safc. I have no experience in this at all so dont take my word......Only used a SAFC for about a month on my Turbo'd Matrix......

It was sarcasm mang ;) I had one in my car for almost a month, had to reset the ECU 3 times, it kept changing around my settings. PLUS it cant tune timing. I cant say enough how this will be benificial!!!

I say go for it, if its pretty inexpensive and your friends want to give you a hand then why not. good luck with the tunning

Make sure to post a DIY and the tunning itself with some pics!

BLACKY you rock your trying to move our sport into the future. DON'T take any flack from anyone. People like you will always be picked on by pussies who are too afraid to try. I installed the AEM intake and I chassis dyno'd my sedan at MOPAC (the big performance guys out here) and over the 5 runs (that I could afford) My fuel leaned out and I gained a solid 2 whp. And that's shitty AEM technology. So for all the haters that say "why mess with your lil go kart?" GROW SOME BALLS OR TAKE YOUR YARIS BACK AND TRY TO GET YOUR LEASE SWAPPED TO SOMETHING ELSE!!!

I'll get my dyno sheet on this thread A.S.A.P

Someone spends money to get results and shares it with the rest of us and you have to poke fun.

Don't forget that my Yaris dyno'd at 97.7WHP with just intake, header and exhaust. I still have my Blitz R-FIT that I never got around to installing or selling so I may go ahead and do that.

On that piticular car it actually riched up the mixture if you look at both graphs. Stock was near 15:1 at WOT,on the cold air graph it actually gets richer as the rpms go up. Its really not that bad at all for no tuning. Now if it went the other direction on the graph I'd be scared. I'm interested to see how a short ram like mine affects the A/F.

I believe the stock dyno is on the right ;) The CAI dyno looks wavy as hell, like its leaning out all over.

Nope look at the dates. Stock is very lean.
