Moaning noise after completely stopping

If I drive a decent distance (20+ miles maybe) and come to a stop and put my auto transmission in park I hear an odd groaning/moaning sound from the front engine bay. Maybe the passenger side but I'm not positive. If I put it in Drive again immediately and back to park it does not do the sound again. I'm gonna try to record it next time. Any ideas?

Okay will do. It's hard to describe the sound. I sounds like a constant sound though for a couple seconds then goes away.

Video of it. It's at 0:04-0:07 sec then it stops. It did it before I installed the inverter you see in the floor. https://youtu.be/fuiYlBdU-bk

Okay this seems to be connected with the AC. If I don't run the air conditioning at all I do not hear this sound when I stop and put the car in park. Doesn't seem to be anything serious.

Quite likely the electric cooling fan for the radiator and AC condenser. Depending on conditions, this can be running at high speed, particularly when you are stationary.
