I couldn't afford a car when I graduated so I never got the discount, it should be a first car rebate instead.

I can't imagine buying a new car when freshly graduated. The financial strain must make it tough, if not impossible, to save well.

It is good for up to 12 months after you graduate. I used my in 2005 to buy a Tacoma(it was only $400 back then) and we just used my wife's this week to buy a 2010 Tacoma.

I wonder if students and citizens of other countries outside of Canada/USA have to deal with the issue of their lives centered around employement and financial enslavement from their late teens until they die, like it is here.

You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

I would imagine they do! Not as much, though...

It's called World financial enslavement... or simply speaking Globilization.

Well Europeans get their schooling for free, but the cost of living is generally much higher, and apparently there's less jobs.
