Throttle issues

Ok so I got an 09 yaris with some throttle issue. The car runs fine while idle and revs fine to till I start to move. When I try driving it will go but has trouble accelerating, check engine light flashes when I get up to speed. Any ideas

Get it checked for stored codes. Without doing so, all you'll be getting is guessing game advice.

I did that and it told me cylinder 3 and 4 were misfiring, I've already replaced spark plugs. Car ran a lil smoother but the check engine light still there and acceleration problems still there. I will have my friend come over later to check the light again.

Fault coil packs. Spark plugs are not usually the cause of misfires. Coils are.

You can verify by changing the position of the coils. Swap cylinders 1 and 2 for 3 and 4. If the coils are faulty the codes will follow the bad ones.

Ok so I hooked up to the computer and got p0300, p0301, p0302, p0303, p0304, and p0172. I know what they all mean any easy fix. All cylinders misfire and random misfire and it's running rich

Did you clear the codes before swapping the coils around?
