hub spacer install help please

i got the drum off easy, just by my hands, but the hub bolts are giving me huge problems, they're on tight. I made sure to not have my hand-brake engaged per instructions, is there something im missing?

When I was growing up I was notorious for taking my dad's tools and not putting them back. It pissed him off so bad that he finally locked all of them up. Of course, being a teenager I found the key. It didn't take him long to notice someone had been messing with his stuff because I didn't put some things back exactly as I had found them. That put an end to that.

I inherited and learned a lot of things from my dad. Keeping meticulous track of tools and wares was not one of them. Though in the midst of cursing and tearing the house apart to find something, I really wish I had.

I used a impact gun to take them off and a torque wrench to put them on. What you could try doing is slipping a pipe on the end of the rachet for more leverage. I did this once to a craftsman one though to take off a lug nut in a emergency and it broke the ratchet lol. So be careful. Though thier hand tools do have lifetime warrenty.
