I've asked about it and the shops here told me that the dome light have to be relocated and that will cost to much

was there a structural cross brace that needed to be customized or something, or was is just the dome light???

Moving the dome light was very time consuming. I had to fabricate a custom mount.

There is a cross brace - but it isn't structural - its only there to keep the sheet metal in the roof from fluttering at speed. The sunroof frame serves the same purpose.

That is pretty funny.

So, anyone install a ragtop on their Yaris yet? Like a VW style, sliding roof-rag?
