SMH. Sad when people lie rather than attempt to answer a question that might lead down a path that would require them to do something.

I believe some Middle East countries only use 10w30/10w40 or higher due to the very high heat of the countries...

Good to know, but why didn't the person at the Toyota dealer say that? If he meant that he'd never (in his experience) seen that grade used, then he should have said that. He shouldn't have said it didn't exist unless he knew for certain that it didn't. The OP didn't imply any language issues.

the thing which they dont/cant provide .. they always say .... it doesnt exist/it is not suitable/it doesnt comes to our country blaaa blaa blaaaaaaa
