Removing trim...

Hi guys does anyone know how to remove the side trim close to the mirror.. its the black triangular plastic. Thanks.. :)

Be very gentle when releasing the clips under it. They snap very easily. If you do snap one or more, use some 3M emblem adhesive to remount them, rather than spending $25+ for a new one. With the 3M adhesive they don't rattle, like they do with just the clips.

Do i pull on it ? Or do i go by under.. like in from the plastic wheel wall..? Hi CTscott, do you have one to show me.. what kind of clips are we talking about ? :)

I don't have a picture, but the images below are from the service manual. The lower two clips are the ones that are prone to breaking. The entire removal is done from the outside, as the clips are not accessible from behind.
