Identical. You cannot tell the last 3 ('06/07/08) model years in North America apart.

actually there is one difference between an 06/07 model year and an 08. All 08 in the USA has the TPMS.

Ok, my 07 and my 08 has different "style" oil dipsticks. The one in my 07 is made out of yellow plastic and the one in my 08 is a regular metal one.

07 and 08 has a difference.. the full skirt package on the rs model for 08.

they also use a different fabric for the seats, the option for a sat ready radio, leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob for the S models are a few more changes for the 09 models

About the first post, like the recessed top grill of the '09, but the '08 has that nice little "lip" at the bottom. Hard to decide which one looks better...
