2008 hatch back S

I get mine in 3 weeks. Dealer gave me the build sheet, it has a tach listed as standard item. Just to let you all know.

What kind of price did you get, and any additional options?

I have been advised not to order a car from Maplewood Toyota themselves, (Twin Cities). They could not, would not, did not give me any good answers to order a car. I got put on a locate list of some kind. I wanted a 5 sp W/PP and found that it is almost impossible to get such a machine locally. I asked about the 08's and got nowhere. Well, shall stand by and see what spits out in 07 model. Anyone else have horror stories at a dealership who is currently out of cars?

Congrats on the 08' Yaris.

Still waiting for mine.....................................

I got mine through Billions in Sioux Falls. They said it was the only one available in the five state area. I would assume that includes Neb and Min. Final bill was 13,875. 12,900 + 900 for origination, cold weather pack and floor/trunk mats. Not bad considering inflation and all. I get $100 discount for going through web site. Can't wait, thats all i can say.

I might have to look into what I can get that lip kit for.

At this point, If it comes with the tach, I may be looking at an S model and be looking to swap bumpers with someone who has a good condition base bumper. Not a fan of the lip kit on the S (unless it's just held on with adhesive).

Just a reminder to my first post. The build sheet says the tach is standard equipment. I'm assuming then that no matter which model you order the tach is "standard equipment".

I'd be willing to swap.

I hope that they all get Tachs! I would strongly consider buying an '08 if they do.

I'll keep that in mind if I go through with picking up a Yaris. What color is yours? I'm fairly sure mine will be red.

i can't believe some of you are willing to buy a whole damn car because it has a tach in it. i must be lost. wouldn't it be a hell of a lot cheaper to install the new cluster in your current car?

I don't know about them, but I haven't bought mine yet, so it's all up in the air.
