mathematically they fit. here's why. we know that a 7" wide +45mm does not rub. add 25.4MM (divided by two, 13mm for argument's sake) subtract 10mm (35 offset instead of 45 offset) and you're 3mm more "inset" than a 7" wide wheel in a +45 offset you're also 23mm more outboard than a 7" +45MM but with a bit of camber, and the right tire size you should be able to make it fit with cosmetic-only rubbing (rubbing that will not damage your tires or metal in any way, and can most likely be removed by blistering your fender liners with a spoon heated under a butane torch). KNGRSLL has proven that a 7" +25mm ( only 3mm less "poke" than your proposed setup) fits with only cosmetic rubbing and has even added PG spacers with minimal rub (but not ideal) i say do it. please run at least a 205 tire though, no stupid stretch please. if you can, get a 215 40 16 i think it should be a common enough size.
