A day out with mechanic went wrong- Right arm problem

Guys,, I purchased this used Yaris around 9 months back..I did the computer test and found the following issue which accoriding to mechanic at that time are tiny..
  • Right Arm
  • Right Scissors
  • Front shock absorbers
  • Engine Mount

Hence I decided to take it to mechanic this weekend, please note that I was not hearing any sound or experiencing any problem meanwhile. The mechanic changed Right Arm and engine mount...Front shock absorbers were fine according to him as there was no leakage.

Now the problem is , one of my front Tyre is more forward than the other. Please see below photos to understand. According to mechanic, the car must have had accident on its right. The denter was not able to fully recover the chassis and hence front right arm was forcefully pulled forward.. After installing the new arm, the problem became obvious.

My Qs:
- How critical is this problem?
