its a buy Rockland...

I'm not sure how you look at games, but i look at them, does all the content and gameplay hours add up to $60 of my money? And yes it does for this game...

IMO, best game for your money has to be Okami...40+ hour game for $40 :)

I can't wait to get 3 but I'm still enjoying Forza 2. I'm new to the 360 game and I hate spending over 20$ for any game but I think I may just have to pay full price on this one.

Whoever said Forza felt "Arcadish" needs to stop huffing the PS3 exhaust in Bestbuy.

PK said it was arcadish i think hehe.
This game feels like A LOT of time was spent on every aspect of the game..ie: crash noises vary depending on how hard you hit the other car, different exhaust on same car, etc....

Lovely game...i hate some of the driver AIs...they purposely try to ram into you....dont want my Yaris to take any damages...

Question whooppee, have you got the drift course events yet on your game? Just curious if you have, and how they became available to you.......

Let me know if you find out how....

I've got an S15 ready for that, just fine tuning, but doing all that didn't trigger the drift event...cuz i know you get an achievement for getting 1000 pts for drifting....

Any event can be a drift event. It scores you on drifting for every course you play. I haven't tried it yet, but somebody on the Forza forums mentioned if you hit left on the d-pad it starts showing you your drift score. I managed to get the 1000 pt drift achievement but can't get anywhere near the 100,000 so far.

Thumbs up Forza 3

Forza 3 is amazing! If you have a 360, this is THE game to own. You can have a Yaris as your first car too. ; )

I see. That kind of sucks, you'd have to be a few seconds away in order to drift every turn.
I just got the 1000 pts drift achievement, but the 100,000 pts seems only doable on the Fujimi Kaido course...seeing that there is a turn every few seconds.

I still can't manage to hold a drift in this game for very long...i lose control, spin out, or hit the the edges and the points don't count....

I don't have a 360 or ps3 (not that i don't want both) but I'm not sure which I want (no "killer app" for me yet) I think the GT5 looks better, but I wonder if an AWD 340hp Yaris is possible in GT5... I absolutely love the fact that a Yaris is one of the first cars in Forza! I think it's some great exposure for them as actual sporty cars... Cars that are featured prominently in GT have always benefited from it with increased sales in the past. It's a great thing for the Yaris...

it's that way for me in GT Prologue too. that's why if i wanna drift i pop in Grid.

i'd probably go buy an xbox tomorrow so i could play this but i really can't get over the xbox controllers.

frownonfun.....i was just like you.

I came from the Gamecube controller (the best hand comfort) and switched to X360 controller. It takes some time getting use to it, but after some time it feels pretty comfortable especially the placement of all the buttons that you use in Forza 2 (minus the clutch button itself).....

Trust me, your hands will get use to the controller, give it some time.
