Rear lights and dash

Having trouble finding the source of my problem ,,, when i put my main lights on front beam ,or just on , my rear lights dont go on neither does my dashboard lights,, behind the speedometer ..
I have checked all the fuses and there all good just unsure why the two are not working asthey seem unrelated and unsure where to look next ,,any help would be greatly appreciated

I would double check the 10A TAIL and the 7.5A PANEL2 fuses in the fuse panel under the bottom of the dash.

Yeh checked all of them and theyre alll ok ,, found the control for the dash is the same as the odometer trip switch and this mode of adjusting the brightness isnt even registering on the button mode

OK. Besides PANEL2 and TAIL, PANEL1 can be in the mix. How are you checking to verify that the fuses are good?
