With living on 2.5 acres, you get this....

Came home wondering why the house was cold yesterday......

Was a little surprised when I disconnected the flue vent.... poor little guy.

One winter a squirrel leapt from a tree to my friend's roof. It was impaled on the lightning rod and froze there. When the wind blew it changed directions like a weather vein. It stayed there until it thawed out enough in the spring to get up there and remove it safely.
