The alternator should be putting out at least 13.5 volts, even with the AC fan on. I would definitely say that you have a bad one.

Saw your thread on resetting airbag. Haven't gotten the chance to reset yet.

It could be that you have another fuse out, or it could just be that the voltage is two low to spin it up.

The fuse panel cover inside the car under steering wheel has diagram of two acc 7.5 a fuses along with 30A power fuse and one other. Their all intact. The cover says BM in that section. They mean the ones in front by wiring harnesses? Wondering what that AMT pin is still inside fuse box in engine compartment. Any ideas?

By AMT, are you referring to the H-LP/AMT relay socket in the small relay box opposite the fuse box under the hood?

The AC system has one 7.5A fuse for the AC ECU, a 40A HTR fuse for driving the fan and a 40A HTR1 and a 30A HTR2 fuse for the PTC heater.

None of those would make your alternator output as little as it is.

Sorry man. Just read back a little. Alternator is putting out normal voltage when engaged. Just when I switch dial for blower it drops to around 12.5V and blower doesnt blow

That is still way too low under load.

That's an unused un-switched fuse socket with an input pin that is powered directly from the battery (via the 60A MAIN fuse) and with no output pin (hence only one pin).

Right - That's what popped the original fusible link that was blown.

I would triple check and just in case replace the ALT-S 7.5A fuse and the 7.5A MET fuse in the under-dash fuse panel.

After checking those, measure the voltage on the small pink wire connected to the alternator. If you see 0 volts on that wire, then you definitely damaged the internals of the alternator.

Alt-S feeds the voltage regulator on the alternator a reference voltage.

MET feeds the charging indicator on the instrument cluster.
