Hi, I've recently gotten a oil change through a local Mr.lube. They are suppost to be warrenty approved and they offer a "engine flush". Which a cleaner is put in to runs it for a few minute and drains out. Anyone ever tried this kind of service? my car only has 10,500km on it and they said it's got sludge even tho my last oil change was 5,000k. The bad thing about it is i read if engine has a lot of deposites and if a large piece of sludge breaks off and clogs so breaking engine but only 10.5k i think shouldn't have any large pieces breaks off? Anyways Money isn't a problem as it only cost $20, but would it ruin my engine or void warrenty? They say is warrenty approved but i don't know very worried and confused!

Personally I don't think I would bother with it especially not at 10,500km, your engine isin't even broken in yet! Thats just my opinion so others may think differently!
The way I see it, one of the best things you can do for your engine and it will thank you in the long run with many years of service is to keep up with your oil changes, use the oil weight that is recommended and a good filter and you can't go wrong.
I used regular oil up to 16,000km and then switched over to synthetic 5w30, I also use a WIX filter (Napa gold). Is synthetic necessary? Maybe not but I can get it cheap enough when I am in the US so it is not an issue.

I highly doubt your engine is sludged especially if you have done your oil changes - they are trying to up sell you, they always do!

This is something that you can do on your own down the road if you decide, and you can do it for the cost of a can of Seafoam, do a search for Seafoam or google it, there is lots of good info on it. Again this is my opinion on this engine cleaner stuff so others may have different thoughts or suggestions. The first time I ever tried it was on another one of my cars that had 250,000km on it and that motor was pretty clean to begin with.

Bottom line: you don't need it, and if you are ever unsure of anything that a "place" recommends or repairs or service, post here first as you did because there are lots of good people with good info that can save you money and time!!

Do NOT do it. If you want, buy some walmart 5w-30 synthetic, run that for a week (200-500 miles) then change the oil and filter again. Otherwize, do NOT flush the engine. Quick oil change places use TERRIBLE filters - bring your own filter (bosch or Purolator pure one or wix pn#513960).

And YES you are going to get varnish and sludge running mineral ("dino") oil. You'll get much less sludge running the "fake" synthetic sold in the US (Pennzoil PLatinum/Castrol Syntec/Mobil-1/Valvoline Synpower) and even less to NONE using real synthetic made in Europe (Motul, Total, Pentosin, Fuchs) you can get on a web order through a US based performance house.

Engine flushes can be damaging to plastic and synthetic parts in your engine, as they use potentially destructive solvents.

Do the flush after 100,000 miles if you used dino oil, or after 150,000 if you used synthetic...otherwise you are wasting $$ doing it now. And no, your engine does not have any sludge...

Its just a cheap 3 dollar product they dump in your car before they drain the oil that is a waste of money at that low milage. You really only get sludge buildup using cheap dino oil and not changing your oil on time resulting in sludge buildup. If you keep doing it over and over then eventually you will get to the point of having enough sludge taht might require a flush but that wont be for many years.

the problem is i already got it. ran 1k km more and seems nothing happen tiny bit more responsive but it might just due to new oil. just very worried it might damage my engine, stupid up sales.
