theyre just lit up by two crappy leds i believe, if youre any good at taking apart youre headlights you could do some minor surgery on them with say 6 white led's each for like 10 bucks and have really nice ones.

I agree the halos do suck.. and are only powered by 2 leds... but I think the projectors themselves do light up the road suffiently... not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.

oh, and I don't think anyone has replaced them with neon halos or anything like that. ^^;

Yes, I need to know the diameter to buy them. Let me know if anybody knows the diameter. Do I need to open the headlight to replace them, right?

Oven works better. Low heat, but even, and when you re-heat them you can use some of the factory silicone to seal with just a small bead of silicone to re-seal.

K the rain gone and it dried out a lot I going to try to get them done tonight. I will post the size as soon as i get the old halos pulled off. Me I think I going to mod the Led ones and find a way to add more led's to it. if i find a good way to do this I will post a DIY at the same Time I do a DIY on removing the lenses from the after market projectors.

that would be awesome.

If i feel brave enough ill be baking them etc and buffing out the clear coat that's peeling of and cleaning up the inside that's dusty and scratched from the also crappy seal job.

whats best to re-seal headlights for a guaranteed no moisture problem?
