Didn't you have to remove the airbag and the steering wheel?

To install the wiper stalk?.....I didn't. Just removed the shrouds and un-plugged.

Follow CTScott's installation instructions. I haven't done it, but it
looks rather easy. http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/sho...ighlight=stalk I seem to remember him doing a video at one time, but can't find it off hand. |

After replacing the original switch with model 02410, my rear wiper works on both intermittent and continuous positions of the dial - without any additional wiring. I'm not sure if it is something unique to the model, SCP90L-CHMGKW, but wanted to share this pleasant surprise.

Thanks for posting this
I am going to the junkyard to get this stalk, I found a rear hatch for 50$ in town with wiper. It would be good to have that in the winter.Too bad the keyless entry won't open on my phone.....Put the stalk in my car today it was raining.I enjoyed using the settings on it.I could only find it used at a auto wrecker where you don't pull the part yourself $50.I brought a screwdriver with me and changed it without removing the steering wheel.
