That's a supercharger I believe, not a turbo.

In the power enterprise, it was heard that NCP91 had a plan to take out a turbo.

However, it is not yet put on the market.

In Japan, since it was not AT but CVT, it is because an acceleration feeling is not good.

I can be going to acquire information at the end of next month.

yup its a PE supercharger kit for an Xb and it should bolt right up to a yaris since it only mounts to the engine and no body parts. After somebody comes out with rods for the engine which is one of the weakspots I will get them. Then add lower comp pistons and a smaller pulley and on the pipe there is enough room to put an air to water intercooler for the higher psi I would run. 180whp would be fun in a light car.

YOu might have a hood clearance problem. The xB has alot more room in the area that the SC sits. Just a FYI.

ZPI Sells both Low CR (8.5:1) for S/C & Turbo and High CR (11:1) for Race NA.

Sidenote: The High doesn't seem that high, but that's because the OEM CR is high.

180 hp sounds great in a Yaris. If gas prices get back to $1, I'll prolly go that route.

They are not going down and they are staying at the $3 to $4 a gallon price for 3 years. We are like Japan now having gas at $4 or so a gallon. $3.15 a gallon @ 11.1 for a tank. Thats nothing.

It is not nothing. Japan and Europe have gas prices that high because of taxes. Us taxes are only 45 cents a gallon.

There is no mathematical reason for gas to be this high. It is the commodities traders that have prices this high at this time.

Oh, and not to mention no digging in US, and no new refineries since the '70's.
