it will work fine. the more fade resistant the paint is, the better.

before you paint the chrome reflectors, did you sand the chrome all off? or just roughly sand them??

Step 19:

"19.) Scuff sand all chrome parts of the headlight housing and reflector housing with 600 grit or higher sandpaper. Don't forget to pop out the amber reflector before you paint the relfector housing. You can use a flat head screwdriver. Be careful when doing so; so you don't chip the reflector."

condensation

Hi, I opened my headlights, paint and install the projectors. After 3 weeks, water or condensation appeared in the left headlight, remove the headlight for two days I let it dry and apparently went all the moisture so I went back to put silicone around.
Wash the car today morning and in evening note that the two headlights had moisture in and also the left angel eye is not starting.
What do you recommend or suggest? How can I solve this problem and prevent the more moisture?

hi,
i installed my halo l.e.d projector lamp last week and the problem is when ever i connect the wires of low beam bulbs the rings are constantly switched on...whether i switch of the headlights...and when i disconnect the low beam bulbs wire it works perfectly fine on h.i.d's,l.e.d's and rings...

i can't figure it out what's wrong :( can any one help me ???

The rings are supposed to be wired to your Park lights, so the small bulb in the headlight assembly.

sorry im new to the HID conversions...but are HID the same as halos?

and also would a H7 fit in my 09' yaris HB?
