go on ebay for CAi, i got mind for like $50 and works great for me.
BTW it fitted pretty good too

I have never heard of an oil'd air filter or any cai,wai, ram air intake ect. ever causing a problem because of cold. I've driven cars with aftermarket filters in temps like -15. Maybe not quite that low, but 0 or -5 sure.
