Do you feel ur Yaris shaking when waiting at red light?

My tach hovers just above 500rpm and if I pop the hood I can see the engine vibrating pretty good, and just a slight tap on the throttle, to get it up to ~1000rpm and the engine looks completely still (nice balancing +1 Toyota Engineering!).
